How to Sign Up for EnrollmentVerify

By signing up for EnrollmentVerify, you can outsource the verifications inquiries that you receive from organizations providing student-based services, such as insurance, credit cards, travel discounts, and more. This is a free service to you, and doesn't require any additional programming or reporting on your part.

You can sign up for EnrollmentVerify by signing an addendum to your Clearinghouse agreement. The same strict privacy guidelines that protect your Clearinghouse data apply. Once we receive your signed addendum, we can begin fulfilling your student-based service providers' enrollment status inquiries. You will also need to send us a completed Designation of Directory Information form.
